Global Sales Team Operations Specialist

1. BPO Partner Operations Support
Directive Execution: Assist in preliminary BPO vendor screening, background checks, and onboarding process monitoring strictly according to explicit instructions from the internal manager.
Process Coordination: Draft documentation, coordinate legal reviews, and manage archiving within the contract terms and SLA frameworks pre-approved by the manager; no involvement in final negotiations or term determination.
Monitoring & Reporting: Daily/weekly monitoring of BPO compliance execution; promptly escalate anomalies, disputes, or regulatory risks to the manager; execute dispute resolution protocols only when explicitly authorized.
2. Global Sales Strategy Implementation & Team Development Support
Strategy Execution: Translate the manager pre-defined regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies into actionable task lists for BPO teams; strictly prohibited from altering strategic direction or targets independently.
Recruitment Coordination: Execute recruitment workflows (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation reporting) based solely on headcount plans approved by the manager; all hiring decisions (offer approvals) require final confirmation by the internal manager.
Training Implementation: Organize and track BPO training sessions according to the standardized curriculum established by the manager; collect feedback data for managerial review; no authority to modify training content or standards.
3. Performance Data Monitoring & Reporting Support
Data Maintenance: Collect, cleanse, and input daily sales data within the KPI framework defined by the manager; ensure accuracy and timeliness of performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, operations, Engineering, Computer Science.
Local Language, fluency in Chinese and English is required
A minimum of 7 years in Sales operation, with at least 3 years dedicated to managing BPO or third-party vendors on a global scale.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SaaS, Tech, AI or related areas.
Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing remote teams. Expertise in complex SLA operations, contract negotiation, and sales analytics.

Infrastructure Analyst – Senior

Mandatory requirements:
• Experience in direct customer service, understanding needs, presenting proposals, and negotiating.
• Solid experience with migration projects from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365, covering everything from planning to implementation and ongoing support.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.

Communications Account Executive

Technical Skills:
•	Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
•	Strong writing skills and the ability to structure clear, persuasive proposals.
•	Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
•	Knowledge of and interest in technology (digital solutions, platforms, digital transformation).
•	Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
•	Experience with large corporate accounts and/or regulated sectors.
