Job Description
Responsabilities:
Lead sales of agrochemical products (herbicides primary, insecticides secondary) across Latin America (Brazil + neighboring markets).
1. Customer Development: Develop customers in the Latin American market (Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, etc.), identify potential clients and business opportunities, increase market share, and create sales plans based on company requirements.
2. Customer Maintenance: Maintain and update customer records, regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and feedback.
3. Handling Customer Complaints: Manage and resolve customer complaints.
4. Market Research & Analysis.
5. Payment management: Remind customers to make payments.
Requirements:
- Agrochemical industry experience (herbicides preferred); existing client network advantageous but not mandatory.
- Background with expertise in Brazil key account sales.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
