Job Description
Mandatory requirements: • Solid experience with migration projects from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365, covering everything from planning to implementation and ongoing support. • Advanced experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. • Strong command of identity and access management using Active Directory (AD DS) and Microsoft Entra ID. • Experience with corporate device management using Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM/MECM. • Solid knowledge of network infrastructure and connectivity, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and hybrid scenarios. • Experience implementing security and compliance policies, particularly with Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Purview. • Experience with advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft environments. • Experience defining architecture, governance, and best practices for Microsoft 365 environments. • Experience using AI applied to environment operations and automation, including support for incident analysis, process optimization, and the creation of automated solutions. • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) for conversation. Desirable requirements (plus factors): • Experience with SharePoint Online (administration and governance). • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (infrastructure and services). • Experience with PowerShell for automating administrative routines. • Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate. • Knowledge of Microsoft Graph and automation tools (Power Automate / Azure Automation / Functions). • Experience with advanced security solutions (Defender for Endpoint / Office 365). • Microsoft certifications related to M365, Azure, or Security (e.g., AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300, SC-200).
