Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Server Fault Handling: Assist in troubleshooting, reporting and resolving issues for designated servers, OS and switches as required by the Statement of Work (SOW). 2. IDC Inspection: Conduct inspections on the managed IDC facilities. 3. Asset Management: Perform daily management of data center assets; conduct regular and ad-hoc asset inventory checks. 4. Daily team management: Manage and coordinate staff scheduling, work assignments, overtime, temporary support and other delivery tasks. 5. Ability to accept long-term night shifts. Requirements: 1. Familiar with the configuration and architecture of mainstream PC servers, proficient in assembling and disassembling PC servers, with at least 1 year of PC server maintenance experience. 2. Capable of independently conducting preliminary diagnosis and simple fault repair for PC servers. 3. Familiar with concepts related to BMC, BIOS and RAID. 4. Basic knowledge of IDC data center operations. 5. Possess basic knowledge of structured cabling and the ability to identify cables. 6. College degree or above. 7. Able to communicate in simple Chinese.
