Responsibilities: You will be the focal point between the publisher and the academic community. Your main responsibility is to identify knowledge gaps in the market, prospect and select authors, and manage the manuscript delivery flow, ensuring that the content is aligned with academic standards and the company's commercial strategy. You will provide full follow-up and support to the writers. Requirements: - Experience: Previous experience in the academic or scientific publishing market, preferably in author acquisition or management roles. - Proficiency in bibliographic standards (ABNT, APA, Vancouver). - Excellent writing and critical analysis skills for technical texts. - Basic knowledge of copyright and publishing contracts.
