Job Responsibility
1.	Complex Incident Management: Beyond daily consulting, act as the final escalation point for issues. Lead the troubleshooting of high-priority (P0/P1) incidents involving complex hybrid cloud architectures.
2.	Product & Engineering Synergy: Not just "tracking" bugs, but providing deep-dive technical insights to R&D teams. Influence the product roadmap by identifying systemic architectural flaws and proposing optimization solutions.
3.	Customer Success & Risk Mitigation: Conduct proactive technical audits and architectural reviews for Key Accounts (KA). Use diagnostic tools not just to "avoid risks" but to design high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
4.	Knowledge Empowerment: Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, troubleshooting playbooks, and internal Knowledge Base (KB) articles to improve the overall team’s technical capability.
Work Experience Requirement
•	Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Cloud Computing (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), DevOps, or Enterprise Architecture.
•	Proven Track Record: Experience in supporting Fortune 500 or large-scale enterprise customers.
•	Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex cloud migration projects or large-scale system troubleshooting under high pressure.
•	Certification (Highly Preferred): Alibaba Cloud ACP (Professional) or ACE (Expert) level. Equivalent certifications like AWS Professional/Specialty, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Architect.

Working Skills Requirement:
1.	Infrastructure Mastery:
o	Deep understanding of Linux/Windows kernel tuning and performance optimization.
o	Advanced Networking: Expert knowledge in VPC, BGP, VPN, Express Connect (Direct Connect), and SD-WAN. Ability to analyze packet loss/latency using tools like Wireshark/Tcpdump at a professional level.
2.	Database & Big Data: Not just "familiar," but capable of performance tuning and migration for at least two engines (e.g., MySQL AND Redis/MongoDB).
3.	Cloud-Native & Modern Tech:
o	Proficiency in Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and Microservices.
o	Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
4.	Automation & Scripting: Strong ability to automate repetitive tasks using Python, Go, or Shell to improve support efficiency (SRE mindset).

Global Sales Team Operations Specialist

1. BPO Partner Operations Support
Directive Execution: Assist in preliminary BPO vendor screening, background checks, and onboarding process monitoring strictly according to explicit instructions from the internal manager.
Process Coordination: Draft documentation, coordinate legal reviews, and manage archiving within the contract terms and SLA frameworks pre-approved by the manager; no involvement in final negotiations or term determination.
Monitoring & Reporting: Daily/weekly monitoring of BPO compliance execution; promptly escalate anomalies, disputes, or regulatory risks to the manager; execute dispute resolution protocols only when explicitly authorized.
2. Global Sales Strategy Implementation & Team Development Support
Strategy Execution: Translate the manager pre-defined regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies into actionable task lists for BPO teams; strictly prohibited from altering strategic direction or targets independently.
Recruitment Coordination: Execute recruitment workflows (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation reporting) based solely on headcount plans approved by the manager; all hiring decisions (offer approvals) require final confirmation by the internal manager.
Training Implementation: Organize and track BPO training sessions according to the standardized curriculum established by the manager; collect feedback data for managerial review; no authority to modify training content or standards.
3. Performance Data Monitoring & Reporting Support
Data Maintenance: Collect, cleanse, and input daily sales data within the KPI framework defined by the manager; ensure accuracy and timeliness of performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, operations, Engineering, Computer Science.
Local Language, fluency in Chinese and English is required
A minimum of 7 years in Sales operation, with at least 3 years dedicated to managing BPO or third-party vendors on a global scale.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SaaS, Tech, AI or related areas.
Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing remote teams. Expertise in complex SLA operations, contract negotiation, and sales analytics.

Tem Lead de Operações e Manutenção de Data Center

Responsabilidades:
1. Tratamento de Falhas em Servidores: Auxiliar na resolução de problemas, elaboração de relatórios e solução de incidentes em servidores, sistemas operacionais e switches designados, conforme exigido pela Declaração de Trabalho (SOW).
2. Inspeção de Data Center: Realizar inspeções nas instalações do data center gerenciadas.
3. Gestão de Ativos: Realizar a gestão diária dos ativos do data center; conduzir verificações regulares e pontuais do inventário de ativos.
4. Gestão Diária da Equipe: Gerenciar e coordenar a escala de trabalho da equipe, atribuições de tarefas, horas extras, suporte temporário e outras tarefas de entrega.
5. Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos noturnos de longa duração.

Requisitos:
1. Familiaridade com a configuração e arquitetura de servidores PC convencionais, proficiência em montagem e desmontagem de servidores PC, com pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em manutenção de servidores PC.
2. Capacidade de realizar diagnósticos preliminares e reparos simples de falhas em servidores PC de forma independente.
3. Familiaridade com conceitos relacionados a BMC, BIOS e RAID.
4. Conhecimento básico de operações de data center. 5. Possuir conhecimento básico de cabeamento estruturado e a capacidade de identificar cabos.
6. Formação superior completa ou equivalente.
7. Ser capaz de se comunicar em chinês básico.
